My "Why Statement"
One thing that I wish I would have worked out from day 1 of my coaching practice was my "why statement". I knew what I wanted to do (leverage my experience in leadership and education to help leaders thrive), but could have used a more consistent focus and clear statement that people could relate to and rally behind.
After all, don't we all know leaders - including ourselves, perhaps - that want to become even stronger at what they do?
Well, better late than never!
Below is my "why statement". I would love to get your thoughts about what it means to you and how I can make it even clearer, sharper, and more meaningful. Please share your comments below! I will respond personally within short order.
