Feedback from my "Break often but briefly" post
A few weeks back, I shared this post on the importance of taking breaks to get more done.
Below is some of the feedback that I received. I would love to hear your thoughts, too!
Thank you for sharing these helpful tips about taking breaks. Somehow, I was already taking a walk, reading and eating during my breaks. I intend to continue doing them. However, I may explore listening music which I rarely do. Sometimes, one feels a sense of guilt when one takes a break. It is reassuring to know that it is beneficial.

Thank You!!!!!!!!! I find this "self-care" communication VERY helpful and useful!!!!
A modification for me as "breaking often, but briefly", would look something like 5 minute breaks times 3 both mornings and afternoons.
I love the idea of daydreaming about nothing, or, to spark new ideas, reading something other than work will help stimulate other interests. Listening to music is always a favorite, (LOL) Doodling will be therapeutic, and of course, intentional meditation will strengthen and encourage spiritual growth. I must admit that chatting with co-workers and going outside are both great ideas too.
Much needed article; very useful.
